4. Acceptable use

You must not: violate any applicable law; access another user's account without authorisation; introduce malicious code or circumvent security measures; process third-party data without a valid legal basis; resell or commercially exploit the Services without written consent; or use health data for advertising or profiling without explicit opt-in consent from the data subject.

5. Health data and personally identifiable information

We do not sell health data or PII. These data types are processed only to deliver the service you requested, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5.1 Collection and use

Where you use a t651 application that connects to a health-record provider, we may collect and process Health Data and PII as described in our Privacy Notice. Such processing occurs only after explicit, affirmative consent and to the minimum extent necessary to provide the requested functionality.

5.2 Retention during account lifetime

Health Data and PII necessary for the application to function will be retained for as long as your account is active. Data is not retained beyond account closure except where legally required.

5.3 Prohibited uses

Health Data must not be used for: advertising or marketing without separate explicit opt-in; AI or machine learning without separate disclosure and consent; sale or transfer to third parties for commercial purposes; or any purpose inconsistent with the consent provided at time of collection.

6. Consent and opt-out

All processing of Health Data is based on your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@t651.com with subject line "Revoke Health Data Consent." Withdrawal will stop further processing and, if requested, result in deletion of associated data within 30 days. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

7. Data protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, the GDPR, and the German BDSG. Where our Services integrate with Fasten Connect, Fasten Health, Inc. acts as a separate data controller for data processed through its platform. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms. By connecting a third-party service, you agree to that service's own terms and privacy policy. Where a third-party service processes your Health Data or PII, we will disclose this before connection takes place.
